that the mountain had been changing.

Seeing a risk is only the first step.

The next step is turning knowledge 
into a warning people can use.

The question is not only, 
‘Will the river rise?’

It is: ‘What could travel from that mountain to this home?’

Risk becomes visible when we connect the signals.

Could it have
been prevented?

Episode 9 — The Warning

We may not stop every collapse.

But we can give people more time.

Warning is not only a machine.

It is a chain: detection, communication,
trust, and a place to go.

Warning must reach the people who need it

People must know where to go before danger arrives.”

Minutes can become movement.”

Episode 10 — Before the Next Flood

Recovery is not a return to the past.

It is a decision to build
